What is SharePoint?
SharePoint is a basically a File server on the cloud that organisations use as a file management area whereby staff can access and work collaboratively on files and folders that have been structured to fit the purpose of an organisation. SharePoint is also know as sites or Microsoft Sites. For Korowai Projects this is used exactly as that.
This is the easiest way to access a SharePoint Drive that have been shared with you. Owners or the person who created the SharePoint will have added you to the SharePoint Drive as a group member, you will then receive an email welcoming you to the group. This is how you know what SharePoint Drive to access. On the other hand the owner can send you a separate email notifying you that you a new SharePoint Drive have been created and you are now a member of but that is up to the individual owners to do so.
Here are some quick url links to access SharePoint Drives that have been created for Korowai Projects.
1) SharePoint Drive Name: Korowai Projects home
Url Link: https://korowaiprojects.sharepoint.com/sites/KorowaiProjectshome
Clicking on the link takes you straight to the SharePoint Drive Korowai Projects home via a web browser. You can bookmark this on your web browser for easy access.

Some people may prefer not to access SharePoint Drive via a web browser and the alternative is to perform a sync of the SharePoint to your local computer and access it via OneDrive. This may sound confusing but if you are a person who like to browse through files and folders on on your local computer without the use of a web browser this will be ideal method for you to access the SharePoint.
This method is also ideal for those that likes to work on Microsoft Word for example on your local computer instead of the Microsoft Word online where you can work on a SharePoint file and save directly to the SharePoint Drive.
To perform the sync please follow the instructions below:
1) Open a web browser (Google Chrome or Firefox etc) and navigate to https://mail.office365.com or click the link below to go directly to the Korowai Projects SharePoint Drive
